CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation: A 30% cancellation fee applies to all no shows and cancellations made less than 48 hrs before the scheduled appointment. No fee will be charged if I need to cancel the appointment, or if you cancel more than 48 hrs in advance. Late Policy: A 15 min grace period is provided for all appointments, if you arrive later than 15 mins, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and 30% cancellation will apply. Deposits: Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE!!! Except if I cancel your appointment. However deposits can be applied to rescheduled appointment. All services require a deposit NO EXCEPTIONS!
